What we collect

When you use a form on this website — to register for Peer Support, sign up to help with Confidence House, or reach out to us — we collect only what you enter: your name, email address, and, where you choose to provide it, a phone number or a message about how you'd like to help.

We do not use tracking cookies, third-party advertising trackers, or analytics that identify you personally. Donations made through Donorbox are handled entirely under Donorbox's own privacy and security practices, not ours — we never see or store your payment card information.

How we use it

We use the information you give us for exactly the reason you gave it to us: to follow up about Peer Support, to coordinate volunteer help with Confidence House, or to respond to a message you sent. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How it's stored

Information submitted through our forms is sent directly to our organizational email and kept only as long as needed to follow up with you. As a small, volunteer-run organization, we don't yet have a dedicated database or CRM system — your information lives in our email, accessible only to the people directly coordinating our programs.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your information, stop contacting you, or tell you exactly what we have on file at any time — just email us at gracefulconfidence01@gmail.com. We will honor that request as soon as we're able.

Questions

This policy will grow as our organization does. If anything here is unclear, or you have a specific question about your information, reach out directly — we'd rather have the conversation than leave you wondering.
