What we collect

When you use a form on this website — to register for our programs or reach out to us — we collect only what you enter: your name, email address, and, where you choose to provide it, a phone number or a message about how you'd like to help.

We do not use tracking cookies, third-party advertising trackers, or analytics that identify you personally. Donations made through Donorbox are handled entirely under Donorbox's own privacy and security practices, not ours — we never see or store your payment card information.

How we use it

We use the information you give us for exactly the reason you gave it to us: to follow up about the programs you registered for, to coordinate volunteer help, or to respond to a message you sent. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How it's stored

Registrations for Peer Support, Restorative Retreats, and HER Ground are stored with MailerLite, a secure service we use to manage registrations and follow up with you. Other messages and volunteer forms come to our organizational email. Either way, your information is seen only by the people directly coordinating our programs, and kept only as long as needed to follow up with you.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your information, stop contacting you, or tell you exactly what we have on file at any time — just email us at contact@gracefulconfidence.org. We will honor that request as soon as we're able.
