HER Ground is carried out by a team of screened, trained volunteers under the oversight of the Graceful Confidence board. Graceful Confidence serves as its home office, providing structure, governance, and partnership agreements.

We don't provide housing, crisis response, legal advice, or clinical counseling. We walk alongside women, and we're building relationships with trusted partners who do, so we can connect women to them with a warm handoff.

We're building a small, carefully screened volunteer team. Every volunteer completes an application, an interview, and a background check before working with women. Tell us how you'd like to help, and we'll reach out.
