Healing doesn't happen all at once. It happens in seasons.

Some seeds take one season. Others take several. We measure the season — not the harvest. These aren't steps you take in order — they're the chapters we've built. Start wherever your story is right now.

Chapter One — Connect

Forming now — first group starting soon
Delivered by our peer community

Connection without performance. A small group where you're known without having to retell or prove what happened to you.

Chapter Two — Reflect

Forming now — in partnership
Peer support, alongside contracted licensed therapists

Time without deadlines, and the pattern alongside the incident. Private space to process at your own pace, with licensed support available when you want it.

Chapter Three — Reconnect with the Body

Forming now · retreats enrolling soon
Contracted, trained bodyworkers

The body alongside the mind. Recovery that includes the body, deepening through quarterly retreats.

Chapter Four — Rebuild Relationships

Enrolling soon — monthly workshops
Monthly workshops, in addition to retreats

Boundaries and mutuality in relationships after they were denied both.

Chapter Five — Build Independence

In progress — we have a house
Future trades training, financial skill-building

We've been given a house that could become a future gathering and program space. Right now, it needs volunteers to remodel it before it can open its doors. This chapter starts with the people willing to pick up a hammer.

The vision is large. The first step is focused. We're forming our very first group now — more chapters are enrolling soon.

Where we hope this leads.

In five years, we hope Peer Support is running multiple seasons at once, with a steady rhythm of new groups opening as others complete theirs. We hope our retreat and workshop chapters are no longer "enrolling soon" but running regularly, in real partnership with the licensed therapists and bodyworkers who make them possible. And we hope the house we're renovating today has become a real, standing gathering space — hosting the trades training and financial skill-building that Chapter Five was always meant to hold.

None of that exists yet. We're a young, volunteer-run organization with one program just now forming its first group. But every chapter on this roadmap is a real piece of a plan we intend to build, one season at a time — not a picture of somewhere we're pretending to already be.
